Hilary Duff has officially joined the cast of Gossip Girl for a few episodes as Olivia Burke, who I think is an actress attending NYU and avoiding the paparazzi. Word on the street is she’s Vanessa’s roommate. I’ve loved Hilary since she was on Lizzie McGuire and can’t wait to see what kind of character she’ll be on the show.
